Fractional rejuvenation using radio frequency (RF) is one of the few facial therapies suitable for all skin types, including dark or deeply-tanned skin. With a course of fractional RF rejuvenation treatments you can expect to achieve a fresher, more youthful skin tone and improved skin elasticity.

You may see changes in your skin as soon as you have the procedure done, however, your body will continue to rebuild collagen for several weeks after each treatment, taking 4-6 weeks for complete results.

At the deep, dermal level, fractional RF rejuvenation dramatically increases the absorption of topical treatments such as serums. This has the potential to make topical products both more effective and more affordable, in addition to reducing the appearance of wrinkles and scars and independently stimulating new collagen production.

Fractional RF skin rejuvenation is safe if administered by properly qualified medical staff using medical-grade equipment. The main benefit of a medical-grade machine, such as Assure’s Infini is its reliability. A reputable machine gives results that are precise and accurate. When treating your skin, obviously this is paramount. Medical-grade machines are usually only found in medispas, operated by fully-trained clinical staff under the supervision of doctors. At Assure, our dermal therapists are also qualified laser safety officers.

Infini’s precise sub-dermal RF delivery eliminates thermal damage to the skin’s surface, providing faster healing without downtime. Depending on your skin type and the treatment settings used, there may be as little as 1-2 days of downtime.

Sun sensitivity is much less with fractional RF rejuvenation than with laser treatments, meaning it is safe to have all year round.

At Assure Cosmetic Centre, we use a premium Infini machine with a patented flow needling feature, so comfort is maximised during treatment.

Every individual has their own level of pain tolerance, so comfort does vary for each patient. Compared with other devices, such as laser therapy, many patients find the Infini more comfortable.

An Infini treatment takes approximately 2 hours including the application of a topical anaesthetic. You may choose to have a single treatment, although we do recommend a minimum course of 3 treatments at intervals of 3-4 weeks to achieve optimum results. While some improvements may be visible after a single treatment, consecutive treatments will produce new collagen progressively until conditions such as indented scars and deep lines are filled.
